The six things we do, in plain English.
Most of our customers come to us after switching from a national company that quoted a script. We keep our list short on purpose. You can call about anything that isn't here, we just won't put it on the website if we can't do it well.

The Mojave makes its own pest schedule.
Bark scorpions, pack rats, harvester ants, black widows. They don't take a winter off in Washington County. Our service calendar follows desert seasons, not a default contractor quarterly.
- 01Bark scorpion activity
- Year-roundMost North American scorpions go dormant in winter. Washington County does not.
- 02Service window
- Same weekMost new bookings open inside 5 business days during the warm season.
- 03Re-service
- FreeIf a treated pest comes back between scheduled visits, we come back at no charge.
Four steps from the time we text you to the time we leave.
- Step I
We text first
You get a heads-up before the visit. Time to bring pets indoors or unlock a side gate.
- Step II
We walk the perimeter
Foundation, eaves, garage, yard. We note the entry points specific to your home.
- Step III
We treat where it matters
Targeted pet-safe formulations at entry points and harborage, not a fog over your whole yard.
- Step IV
We follow up
If anything comes back between visits, we come back. No charge for re-service inside the contract.
Washington County, the desert loop, and a few points beyond.
We work the Washington County loop end to end. If you're outside this list and not too far north, call. We'll be honest about whether we can keep your service consistent.

We'll walk the perimeter, name what we're seeing, and quote a plan. No high-pressure sit-down. If we aren't the right fit we'll tell you who is.
- First-visit inspections are no-charge across the service area.
- We share the actual product names we use, on request.
- If pets are home, tell us in the notes and we'll plan around them.
